Got a BATF Form 1 suppressor question for anybody other than forty-cal –

I still see lots of ‘Fuel-filters’ being sold from China for about 10-15 bucks. Real handy for making a can.

Recently, news was being reported these were being seized at US customs. if I file form 1, and get it granted, will they allow me to pick it up?

Technology, modern manufacturing and new materials, are being used. To make low cost Arms and accessories for poor citizens.

I understand the “gun community” thinks a firearm under $700 is not reliable.

If I’m spending $439 dollars on a centerfire can, I want, at a *minimum*, stainless steel construction. I just don’t trust aluminum for those pressures.

And coming from bottom-of-line Hi-Point, anything over $199.99 is a hard no for an aluminum rimfire can. More like $150, or lower…
