Unless I&#039;m wrong and something changed: An &#039;integrally suppressed&#039; barrel is still a &#039;suppressor&#039; under NFA. If you build a rifle with a 16 inch &#039;integrally suppressed&#039; barrel you will still be subject to NFA and tax stamp.
