Carry what you want, but that optic and light are anything but cheap. I own the same light and it’s my favorite EDC light. I’ve reviewed a few holosun red dots (with two in process right now) and they are every bit as good as Aimpoint or Trijicons, particularly for everyday carry use. Maybe (probably) not as bomb proof, but they do everything you need them to do and they do it very, very well.

2) “cheap out on the optic and light” I don’t know a thing about Streamlight but Holosun has a very good reputation among competition shooters.
