I’ve researched this before. The propagandists often conflate “tranz women” prostitutes with “tranz” or “LGBTQ” people in general. Being a “tranz woman” prostitute is risky business. They’re usually involved in other risky behaviors as well such as illicit d-r-u-g use.

The propagandists do the same thing with “migrants” (euphemism for illegal immigrant/alien). They conflate illegals with legal immigrants in order to paint a rosy picture for illegals.

As I read through your comment I realized that you gave us no citation of any source, from which your “claimed facts” came.
Not only must people cite sources, they must cite credible and authoritative sources.
If you don’t do this, your claims must be judged BS, as if you had what you considered the facts, why wouldn’t cite the siurce.
