As I’ve said before. The police shoot the guilty and the innocent all the time. And they don’t get prosecuted.

They shoot anyone who violates government property. And they don’t get prosecuted.

But you shoot the wrong guy or shoot to protect your private property. You will be prosecuted.

This happened at lebanon tennessee several years ago, and no one was prosecuted it. When the police went to the wrong addtess. And shot and killed an innocent man.
