“When I was a small child, when I whined about not getting everything I wanted my Dad would say “You have more now than you did, maybe you will get more later. Quit whining about it.” and then he would hug me and life went on.”

When I whined/complained/cried about not getting something I wanted, my Dad would say “Want in one hand and crap in the other and see which one gets full quickest”.

Life went on. The lesson was to work for what I wanted. I have essentially hired SAF and GOA to do that work for me.
