Sounds sensational, but there’s always the possibility that the rank and file realized they were boned if they actually tried resisting, stood down, and in the aftermath agreed to claim the US used some kind of wonderweapon to incapacitate them so they wouldn’t be hung for “cowardice”.

Well, considering the only thing those Venezuelan ‘Security forces’ (AKA their general military troops) have probably ever ‘fought’ were mostly the unarmed population members they arrested I can see why they were impressed with encountering an actual bad ass lethal military force.

LRAD has been a thing for at least 30 years. It only makes sense the tools and tech are stronger, smaller and lighter.

The fact that people still pretend sonic weapons don’t exist or that they’re a wild conspiracy theory just blows my mind.

To the Venezuelan guards I’m sure our guys with nods and dbals popping them full speed seemed like magic super powers. Assuming they weren’t using even more advanced tools like Eagle Eye and SMASH.
