If the Judge feels that the Constitution is outdated, he can lead the charge to change it. You only 3/4 of the States, good luck.

Well, somehow KBJ made her way to that same Court, even though she admitted she can’t identify a woman apart from a man, regardless that any 2-year-old literally can do this.

Per Merriam-Webster, an “idiot” is anyone with an adult level IQ lower than 30. Pediatricians state that the average 2-year-old has the adult equivalent of only 10 at that early age of development. So if a 2-yr-old can look at adults and know which one is a female, then if KBJ states she cannot perform the same task, she’s admitting she’s literally an idiot.

Well, I have to give the Leftist/fascists credit for one thing . . . persistence. They persistently assert that “government is the answer”, without being able to comprehend that “government” is (i) elected, (ii) maintained, and (iii) RUN by . . . people. And that REQUIRES that they deny the very concept of inherent or natural rights. Of course the “collective good” (as THEY define it) necessarily prevails over the rights of individuals.

I hate them, with the burning passion of a million supernovae. Every human has the right to seek Heaven, or go to Hell, as they choose. I can live, quite happily, without the “benefit” of the “wisdom” of collectivist/Leftist/fascists.

Scalia and then Thomas were aware of this and included a detailed history lesson with each of their decisions.

It is nothing short of sheer obstinance that the fascist left insist that day is night, and cold is really hot. Attempting to deal with them is like arguing with a petulant five year-old, and as pleasant as a bout of poison ivy.

What a shame we can’t just load the lot of them in a rocket and launch them into the sun… 🙁
