LKB, any thoughts on the ‘Cargill v. Garland’ oral arguments coming up? If they rule (as we hope) the BATF cannot create new law out of thin air, what does that do to earlier BATF ‘decrees’ like stamp holders cannot manufacture their own wipes for registered suppressors that use them?

Could their ruling be applied retroactively?
