How about we make our FIRST priorities, in this order:

1. Get that limp windsock, Roberts, to pull his head out of rectal defilade and rule that BEARING firearms is protected by the 2A, and

2. Repeal the execrable NFA, and ALL subsequent federal legislation in re: carrying firearms.

Do those, and ‘full faith and credit’ becomes irrelevant. But, yes, if I can DRIVE in all 50 states with my state driver’s license, I damn well out to be able to CARRY anywhere with my state CCW . . . but I ought not need a CCW in the first place.

I would, personally, probably not carry concealed if I was knowingly attending a ‘protest’ which had a significant chance of becoming violent – in a scrum, maintaining control of your weapon can be dicey, and going armed to somewhere where you are likely to encounter amped-up, armed, LEOs is a . . . questionable life decision.

We should always have context for our reactions to public statements, of course . . . but find me a ‘context’ that makes the ACTUAL content of Pirro’s remarks acceptable. There ain’t one. Objectively, what she ACTUALLY said is unacceptable. If she had said something along the lines of “If you carry a gun into DC, even if you are otherwise law-abiding and a licensed carrier, and your intention is to do harm or break the law, you will be prosecuted.” It’s not on me to infer that ‘that’s what she meant’, it’s incumbent on her to make her meaning clear. Either her meaning WAS clear, and she’s an anti-gun fascist, or it was not clear, and she’s an inept communicator – binary solution set. And being an inept communicator is a disqualifying characteristic for a lawyer.

Maybe Pirro wins, but UNQUESTIONABLY Schmucky Chucky, MiniMike, and the rest of the idiot anti-gun crowd win.
