I’ve been looking at this pistol for some time. There’s nothing fancy about it, just a plain Jane. The sights remind me of my CZ-52 and I figure the recoil should be bout the same. I really don’t need this pistol, but that’s another matter. I’ve heard where the trigger loosens up over time. 45 acp ammo is a lot cheaper than my 52 ammo, which is a good thing. People that I know that have it, really like it.

I’ve never really cared for 1911’s or 45 acp, but after shooting my CZ-54 for awhile, I decided to step up. 7.62×25 ammo is getting a tad high. Now, the 45 is starting to look good and the price of this pistol, even better.
Youtube doesn’t give the Centurion II credit. Some people will look down on this because it’s and made across the pond. Cheap doesn’t always mean junk, just means cheap in price.
Since I’m on a fixed income now (like that makes any difference), I “WON’T” spend high dollar for anything.
GB Guns gave a thumbs up on this gun and that’s good enough for me.

It seems the Turks are able to make a solid 1911 for less cost. How many Turkish companies are making them?

Maybe if non Turk roach 1911s didn’t cost as much as a Bidenomics mortgage payment, younger people would be interested in them. It’s the same reason why a lot of younger shooters don’t dabble in the surplus market; older shooters have made the costs prohibitive. I’ve pretty much given up hope of ever owning a M1 Garand if I can’t find it in an estate sale.
