In reply to Wayne Rose. I have noticed that.380 ammo costs more than 9mm ammo yet it has less material than 9mm ammo. Is it due to demand? Could be part of the problem with the.50 cal rifles. Demand is low and tooling an assembly line costs plenty. Volume sales might bring down the retail cost.

Any firearm can become your BMR platform, it’s all in how you train and what you’re training for. If you’re a professional, price is not a factor. Skill set, discipline and probability of need will pay for equipment. The question is…how much are you willing to pay for a “SCOPE”!!! If you know what you’re doing it could be very lucrative for you. So….price doesn’t matter.

You do know when Marlin was bought out the model 336 lever action almost doubled right? I’m sure it’s a lot better of a rifle than a late Marlin but dang!
