‘She kept screaming hyper-aggressive insults,’ the official said. ‘Once I took a step back and regained my footing, it didn’t stop. I realized I was being yelled at and that the light was also a recording device.’ She said the harassment lasted nearly 10 minutes before she was finally able to break free.

According to a source familiar with the case, the suspect has been charged with assault, aggravated harassment, attempted assault, and criminal possession of a weapon. She was released from custody on Friday evening and is expected back in court on November 13.

The Department of Justice announced the two-count indictment on Friday against Cynthia Raygoza, 37, of Riverside, California, Sandra Carmona Samane, 25, of Panorama City, and Ashleigh Brown, 38, of Aurora, Colorado.

According to prosecutors, on August 28 the defendants followed the ICE agent from the civic center in downtown Los Angeles to his residence. They allegedly livestreamed the pursuit, gave directions to viewers as they followed him, and encouraged others to share the stream. Once at the home, they shouted to bystanders during the broadcast that their ‘neighbor is ICE,’ ‘la migra lives here,’ and ‘ICE lives on your street and you should know.’ The women also told viewers to ‘come on down’ to the agent’s residence.
