My favorite “pet” caliber to show as an example is .44 Magnum in a lever-action rifle–loaded with “hot” 240 grain hardcast lead bullet cartridges. In case it isn’t obvious, the lever-action rifle design is, what, 150 years-old? And yet a scumbag spree killer could use a lever-action rifle (chambered and loaded as above) and deliver a devastating spree-killing event. Why would such an event be so devastating? Because each bullet would have enough mass and velocity to deliver a fatal wound to at least two, if not three people in a dense crowd. Given that a typical lever-action rifle has something like an 8-round tube magazine, that means a spree killer could kill as many as 16 to 24 people without reloading if he/she uses a simple lever-action rifle chambered in .44 Magnum (loaded with “hot” hardcast bullet cartridges).

Ready access to any specific caliber or firearm platform isn’t the problem. The root problem is evil human beings.

When the left says “fascism” they don’t actually mean fascism.
Kinda like when they say “democracy.”

These are just placeholder terms to represent “anti-communism” and “communism” respectively.
As in “we must fight anti-communism to defend communism.”

The actual definitions of fascism and democracy are inconsequential.

It was a well done troll because that’s exactly how they sound. You can see replies agreeing with the sentiment. These people need to learn what fascism is. Just because right wingers love their country, and left wingers hate their country (and themselves), they think that means that right wingers are fascist. The Right is for less government control. No fascist takeover involves attempting to shrink the government and control. The original philosopher of fascism, Giovanni Gentile, rejected individualism. To them, collectivism with the State in control is everything. Who is melting down over the attempted shrinking of the federal bureaucracy? Is it the Right?
