A judge has found that although California passed a law, which created a new statutory right of privacy for students, that did not supersede the Constitutional rights of the parents to know what is happening with their children and for them to determine how best to deal with gender identity issues. This is a huge ruling that will be appealed, for sure, to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, making this case a long way from being over.
