Apparently, keeping one gun owner alive is an inferior goal, against keeping one non-gun owner alive. Or, more likely, govt has concluded that there is an unstated acceptance of an unknown number of people killed because they could not defend them selves. Kind of a mass Russian Roulette.

I strongly doubt you could get away with that dance on this one. It’s explicitly identified by the maker as a “bullpup carbine,” and designed to look somewhat like P90 (which is an SBR unless you get one with a 16″ barrel).

Again, the inclusion of SBR’s in the NFA is a stupid accident of history, but having one without the tax stamp still carries a 10 year sentence. Any of you out there thinking about printing up one of these, just know there is a big potential legal minefield ahead of you unless you Form 1 it. . . . .

Looks interesting, but caution to those of you thinking of firing up the printer: I strongly suspect that making one without Form 1’ing it as an SBR would be a big no-no. Like it or not, NFA violations can get you in a world of trouble . . . .
