Back before the optic-ready slides, when having it cut was your only real option, I ran into a dude who had his G19 cut up front like the CZ fugazi ad. He even had a custom Kydex holster for the thing. He swore up and down it was faster than putting it in back, kind of a Cooper Scout Rifle scope mount mentality applied to a carry gun. Maybe it IS faster…but it looked like something designed by part time Goodwill employees.

I actually like the CZ concept. A magnifier on a handgun could be useful.
The Desert Quail concept is funny. It’s already a meme gun so making a stubby version would be even funnier.
If Hi-Point was to do a Yeet Drone it would be some cheap $50 thing off AliExpress with a firing mechanism tacked on and it would work beautifully.
Glock mags are thick for the capacity because of the plastic shell around the metal body. A 1911 magazine is about as thin as it gets. It could be that I have small hands but I find a 2011 like the double-stacked Prodigy girthy and blocky enough so I can’t imagine how monstrous a triple-stack could be. Hi-Powers and CZs are much more comfortable.
