1. Unintentional Injuries – most are due to poisonings related to certain drugs, including narcotics and hallucinogens.

2. Suicide (by a variety of means, drug overdose in the majority of them. The term ‘suicide’ is often used by anti-gun sources who do not mention that some of these were unsuccessful attempts, and far more young people, ~80,000 annually, attempt suicide by drug overdose and over 80% of those had access to a firearm in some manner but still selected drug overdose.)

3. Homicide. 15.6% of deaths for young people are due to ‘homicide’ which is a broad category term that also includes ‘manslaughter’, and, ‘justified homicide’ under which self-defense (defending against the criminal and violent actions of a young person in this age range). Approximately 25% of this 15.6% involve defensive gun use self-defense (defending against the criminal and violent actions of a young person in this age range) and approximately 40% of this 15.6% involve gang-related (either inter-gang rivalry or gang-retaliation or gang-related crime). Approximately 5% of this 15.6% is ‘manslaughter’ (for example, an accidental shooting or accidental stabbing or other means accidentally), and the rest of the 15.6% is due to other means dealing with criminal activity.

4. Suicide (including attempts that leave damage that later causes death, ages 15 – through age 17 primarily. Less than 6% involve a firearm, most involve sharp objects or drugs)

Leading of Death for Americans age aged 15 through age 19 (up to age 20, not including age 20):

1. Basically the same as ages Ages 20 to 24, with exclusion of Homicide’s and including Influenza and Pneumonia

Reminds me of the performance theater on TikTok, Instagram and X coming from the liberal progressive democrats in D.C.. Even other democrats find them cringe worthy. Like the Gifford’s Gang they are the best possible advertisement for rejecting anything and everything they have to say,
