Expanding the base of voters is great. Trump deserves all the credit in the world for doing better than any other Republican presidential nominee in US history. He still lost the Latino vote to Harris by a full 8 points which is not even close. Solid red states win with less than 8 points. Gaining extra Latino votes doesn’t mean we should have open borders or unlimited immigration which still benefits Democrats. According to NBC, Harris got 53% while Trump got 45%. Do the math.

Notice how the Democrats in that crowd cheer for her MAGA proposals.

President Bill Clinton could pass for a modern day “moderate” Republican.

The exact same conservative values held by the brown people pouring over the southern border wanting to become Americans. In 2016, a surprising percentage of Latinos voted for Trump. An even higher percentage voted Trump in 2020, meaning the trend was *accelerating*.

3 weeks ago, the Latino vote sealed Trump’s electoral victory when an even higher percentage of them voted conservative, exactly as I predicted years earlier when Dan Z. still worked for TTAG. The Leftist-Fascist Democrat Scum ™ doubled-down on “Demographics are Destiny” without realizing they wouldn’t be voting for *THEM*.

2016’s win was sweet, for sure. 2020’s defeat was bitter, but 2024’s blowout was even sweeter for me, since Trump has had a nice 4-year vacation to plan for how it’s going to happen this time.
