Federal judges are already telling him that The Executive can’t control the executive branch. It’s supposed to be controlled by the bureaucracy which is 90% Democrat. I’m pretty sure that’s in the Constitution. They’ll stall, stall, stall, and try to take a majority in the House or Senate in 26.

This Trump 2.0 has a feel that’s similar to the “it’s morning again in America” under Reagan’s own second term, and I’m very much looking forward to the future, but I’m cautious and waiting to see how things actually unfold before celebrating. Trump’s blitzkrieg strategy with his barrage of actions and EOs is intentional to catch the Left off guard, but oh! the Swamp will definitely catch its breath and retaliate. A month from now, we’ll see many of his EOs mired down in court challenges, and the arena of gun control/liberty will be no different.

I sincerely hope Trump has the opportunity during this second term to appoint another SCOTUS Justice, as well as many more federal judges to benches.
