The only positive change that I anticipate (with very guarded optimism at that) is at federal executive agencies: I am hopeful that they will be more "reasonable" for lack of a better description.

I don't anticipate any positive changes at the state level in blue states. At best, blue states like Michigan (Michigan is still "blue" even though Republicans won a razor thin majority in one of their legislative chambers) will produce anti-firearm legislation at a slower rate. I don't anticipate blue states repealing any anti-firearm legislation.

Once again, the real opportunity for positive change is in federal courts. Time will tell which cases, if any, the U.S. Supreme Court hears and how any resulting decisions will trickle down to the masses. Meanwhile, we can hope that Trump appoints firearm-friendly judges to federal courts and the U.S. Senate confirms them.
