The incident unfolded around 9 a.m. on October 6 in the northwest Las Vegas Valley, near Tee Pee Lane and Grand Teton Drive. According to 8 News Now, the woman involved told investigators she had ‘mistakenly cut off’ another driver, later identified as 28-year-old Noah Gonzalez. An argument reportedly followed, during which Gonzalez trailed her for over a mile back to her home.

Sensing potential danger, the woman contacted her boyfriend, Javon Smith, before arriving. Upon reaching her residence, police say Gonzalez displayed a firearm and threatened to kill her. In response, Smith emerged from the home and opened fire, striking Gonzalez multiple times.
