One more thing: this is yet another example of the Biden administration legislating via executive agencies. There has been a torrent of new laws coming from Biden in recent weeks covering a broad swath of economic, legal, contractual, energy, and tech issues. This is absolutely not the way the founders designed the federal system. Administrative law should be unconstitutional. These bureaucrats are no longer accountable to the voters, or anyone else for that matter, and their agencies are populated with and therefore captured by the woke Left. We need to rein in the perma-bureaucracy, which is the main vehicle through which the Democrats now accomplish their policy objectives. They no longer need to subject their agenda to popular review.
