As I understand it, the 10th Amendment still holds. So why isn’t it being implemented by the various States (i.e. Secession, April 12th 1861 style)?

These people use the same methods that snake oil salesmen use to manufacture credentials for their products.
Citing each others work, shift the zoom on stats until you get the data you want, redefine terms until you get the meanings you want, claim you or your ideas are under assault by some all-powerful, all-wealthy nemesis, claim anyone who doesn’t buy your line has been duped or tricked by that nemesis and a convenient, repeatable easy response/answer that lacks any substance, specifics, details, quantifiable results or nuance to every question asked of them. Like an old 90’s webring.

-Kids are dying, do you want kids to die?
-You’re more likely to be killed by a gun in the home than in a crime on the street.
-Other “civilized” nations don’t have the problem we do.
