Being armed at a beach is tricky. If you leave your firearm with your stuff, you risk someone stealing it. If you wear it into the water, you risk the ammunition failing due to water intrusion, not to mention the fact that you would have to completely disassemble your firearm to dry/oil it after you finish swimming.
