*Wrong*, buzzard-breath, maybe by the end of June this year, when the ‘United States v. Rahimi’ case will be decided.

Seriously? Does anyone really believe Congress will do anything about this? The Republicans can’t do anything more complicated than agree that the sun sets in the west. Our best hope is that SCotUS finds red flag laws unconstitutional, but thats years away.

OK, this isn’t good (obviously), how would a ruling in our favor in the soon-to-be-decided ‘United States v. Rahimi’ case impact how that works?

IE, let’s say the SCotUS rules that ‘red flag’ orders are only constitutional after due process has run it’s course?
