This *completely* bypasses the do-nothing for 2A rights Florida house and senate, who don’t have the balls to push for a new law authorizing open carry. This is a case to follow very closely.

Meanwhile, that unconstitutional declaration should qualify as a violation of the federal law “deprivation of rights under color of law” with attendant civil and criminal penalties. Of course fedzilla will never actually prosecute any government entity or employee under that law when the violation entails depriving citizens of their right to keep and bear arms.
