Their countries simply decreased their own prison population and bussed them to the border. These are just the ones that were caught and convicted, there another ~8,000 out there that have not been caught for other murders 2022-2023, along with over 23,000 illegal immigrant rapists. 1% of these murderers used a stolen gun.
