I can confirm this. My LASD-issued CCW permit specifically states not only my name, DOB, and residence address, but also my DL#, my occupation, employer’s street address, info on the pistols allowed for carry (serial numbers, mfr, model, caliber, etc). If *any* of this info changes – in any way – I am required to notify LASD within 5 days to pay the administrative fee for an updated card.

Compare this to my CCW I have from another State, which only shows my name, DOB, and physical description. None of that other stuff.

But the Dems have spent the past week screeching about the sanctity of personal data and how any potential access to that data is a threat to democracy and a Constitutional crisis.
Surely they must be taking this seriously, no?
