Minnesota prevents release of mental health records for trans people. Robert ‘Robin’ Westman, the trans Minneapolis school shooter, like others buying guns in Minnesota, was required to get a ‘permit to buy’ some types of guns before he could buy guns. He got the permit to buy, and the reason he got it was that his mental health records were prohibited by law from being disclosed because he was trans so despite knowing of ‘mental health issues’ existed the issuing authority for the permit could not deny him the permit to buy because they were prohibited from using his mental health records to deny the permit. As a result he was able to legally buy guns for which he needed a permit to buy, some of which were involved in his sick twisted demented far left ideology and self-hatred school shooting. Someone needs to close this Minnesota loophole, especially considering there are hundreds of trans in Minnesota trans heaven that have, since Robert ‘Robin’ Westman did his murdering rampage, expressed the desire for more of the same and threatened to do it.

In the same state, Minnesota, if you are not trans, any mental health record, no matter what its for, can be used to deny you a permit to purchase and such records are disclosable.

But while on the subject of mental health, in the context of ‘depression’ – I had a mental health doc tell me once sort of complaining about the practices of another mental health doc that got his license pulled ‘depression is the easiest thing we diagnose because everyone has a certain amount of depression at one time or another so there is a tendency for a lot of people in my profession to go to asking about depression and some go further and base their whole approach on ‘unresolved depression’ issues and make too much of it and end up missing a lot of more serious issues. Can’t sleep well for a few nights because worried about something? Its depression and its going to get worse!, Throw pills at it and bill the insurance and keep scheduling return visits and keep billing insurance for depressio9n a person doesn’t really have.” – and just like that you have a mental health problem history of ‘depression’.
