Hmmm … lets find that “glitch” …. OK, found it… the “glitch” is that you either don’t arrest criminals or when you do you let them go free and that you are a blue city with typical stupid democrat leadership and a mayor that’s basically a certified loon by not pressing the police to go after the major issue with crime in your city being the smallest minority of gangs committing ~90% of your crimes and you just can’t believe your left-wing loon ‘progressive’ policies just don’t work.
