The Israelis bought a ton of these last year to help them acquire their targets more quickly. In 2017 IWI torture tested the unit and it passed with flying colors. The one thing that bothered them was the slight glow on the fiber optic where the LED sits. That glow can be eliminated by placing black tape over that area.
Since its release in 2017 over 5,000 have been sold.
