In reply to Miner49er. Additionally, the victim’s own young son reportedly told police his father had threatened the defendant during the confrontation. When someone with a gun asks you to leave the property. Just leave. Don't threaten him with a chainsaw. If that person is wrong, then call the police. Ford is dead because Ford was dumb. He probably made it to the age of 42 through sheer luck. I feel sorry for his kid.

So Ford was outside with his eight year old son, the old man initiates the incident when he comes outside with a firearm and “confronts” him.

“The two men exchanged words, and Ford reportedly threatened the defendant”

So the old man comes out with a gun and confronts Ford who tells him ‘back off or fuck you up’ and the old man shoots him.

Ford did not initiate the confrontation, Ford was unarmed and took no physical action toward the old man.

And that’s a righteous SD killing?

Notice that the CNN bimboid doesn’t seem upset that Brian the Tree Reaper threatened Mr. D with a chainsaw. I guess she’s only “bothered by gun violence”. Someone ought to stick a cell phone in her face and ask her about that.
