It’s not getting worse
It’s not that lopsided by demographics

I have to hear a lot of the above even from supervisors that know damn well what the actual numbers say and while I cannot speak for the lefties the professional end was a mix of don’t rock the boat and your numbers don’t agree with the governor’s approved data. Be interesting to see how many departments kept separate and accurate data the last 5 years if it’s ever investigated.
