I will assume, arguendo, that there are a subset of women and minorities who are so stupid that they are unable to obtain valid picture ID (notwithstanding the fact that approx. 88% of adult Americans have driver’s licenses). How to those poor sods buy alcohol?? Or travel by plane or drive cars (have to have valid proof of identity to get a driver’s license)? Or rent an apartment or buy a home (valid ID required for both)???? Or get employment (I-9s are required of employers)???
