Now the confusing/unclear part:

1. Although its indicated that Pretti [possibly] planned to shoot feds in the street as he approached them [reference the video and ‘go’ command to start the instigation], it did not go the way he had [possibly] planned. The woman that got shoved ‘spoiled’ the [possible] plan. This was part of the set-up by the team Pretti was working with to create a confrontation for video and the feds started spraying [pepper spray]. This is [possibly] what Pretti did not plan on happening the way it did. Now Pretti is in the middle of the action, interfering, and gets taken down.

2. After being taken down, his P-320 is removed, and its from here where it gets unclear. First, its clear that Pretti got shot by the feds, the unclear part is why they shot him. Sure, various people say this or that and there were some confusing/incorrect statements from government at the beginning when it happened – but a question remains as to why Pretti got shot. Sure, Pretti had a right to ‘peacefully protest’ and be armed – but he was not ‘peacefully protesting’ but rather committing a criminal offense 11 days prior and on the day he died thus was ‘armed in the commission of a crime’ which by its self is another criminal offense. And sure, Pretti by his interference with federal law enforcement and injecting himself created the condition under which he died. But still the question remains as to why the feds shot him, what happened that caused that response.

3. Its suspected that the first shot was not actually from the feds, but rather from an unintentional discharge from Pretti’s P-320. But prior that first shot, as the P-320 is removed, there is an agent that draws his weapon pointing it at Pretti but why? What was this agent reacting to? Then the agent with the P-320 leaves the area with the gun, and there is the first shot – but in a video it appears as if the agent with the P-320 is reacting as if he has fired a shot and the slide on the P-320 has moved as if the gun had fired, if so then this was the first shot and its this shot that caused the officers to react thinking Pretti had another gun because guess what Pretti had in one of his hands. He [its been indicated] had a magazine in one of his hands, yep, as he was wrestling around and as his P-320 is removed from him there is a moment where he has reached for something on his body and its then when the other agent draws his weapon and points it at Pretti upon seeing the magazine [possibly] – then the first shot happens [from the P-320] and we hear ‘gun gun’ calls from the agents and they are firing shots. So did this agent pointing his gun at Pretti, and seeing the [indicated] magazine, and the other agents, believe that Pretti had another gun and had fired [the unintentional discharge from the P-320] thus Pretti who has already been violent towards them and alluded to shooting them – did they genuinely perceive an imminent threat from Pretti?

Its all confusing and unclear.

But no matter. If Pretti had decided on the ‘suicide by cop’ method to end his life, and its indicated that he did want to end his life, no matter how it happened even if not according to his plan he still got what he wanted with ‘suicide by cop’ and even if not the ‘suicide by cop’ being his method then he still got what he wanted and ended his life as a result of his actions by creating the condition under which his life ended.

1. Pretti was not a nurse at the time he died. He quit his job prior the incidents he began instigating 11 days prior the day he died.

2. According to some co-workers, Pretti was a ‘terrible nurse’ and ‘horrible coworker’.

3. According to some co-workers and some others who knew him, Pretti was ‘unstable’ and was prone to emotional outbursts and making violent threats.

4. Pretti scrubbed his social media footprint prior to showing up at the fed’s location the day he died. He had alluded to not coming home that day. He had previously alluded to committing more violent acts against federal law enforcement after his violent instigating attack on federal law enforcement vehicle 11 days prior – in the incident 11 days prior he was also armed at that time. He should have been arrested that day 11 days prior but the feds did not arrest him.

Basic Timeline of Pretti activity:

Jan 13, 2026 – Engaging feds with aggressive instigating acts, challenging them to ‘hurt’ him. Commits violent act, attacks vehicle damaging it then threatens fed’s and spits on them. Feds engage to subdue and repel, but do not arrest him. He is also armed when this happened – a video of the event catches him with his coat off and his gun can be seen. By now, technically, under law due to his intentional criminal act he is no longer in lawful possession of a firearm – however, is not a prohibited person at this point because he has not been arrested, charged, and convicted of his crime(s) that day.

Jan 13 – Jan 23, 2026 – is active in Signal chats and on ‘patrol’ to ‘respond’ to fed’s locations.

Jan 24, 2026 – arrives at fed’s location. Before public videos made by other anti-ICE team members and others in the area, Pretti has already been instigating confrontation with feds and had threatened them with violence and alluded to shooting them. Its suspected the one video showing Pretti in the street moving towards the feds, the woman making the video tells him to ‘go’ then he starts moving towards the fed’s – that’s a setup to instigate a confrontation for purposes of making a video of it but its suspected its also where Pretti was going to shoot fed’s as prior that video beginning he had alluded to shooting federal law enforcement and catching it on video.

[note: It seems like typical left wing mental illness instability had reached a crisis point for Pretti and he was opting for ‘suicide’. He had quit his job, scrubbed his social media, had not planned to come home on Jan 24th, 2026. Maybe he was planning to use the ‘suicide by cop’ method to become a ‘martyr’.]
