Interesting how they don’t want an insane asylum. But they do want the tools, used that would discredit a person, who is sent to an insane asylum.

And the real mentally ill are allowed to run free. Many who are dangerous to themselves and others.

Even if the psych exam were constitutional–and it is not–the police departments choosing to require them should have to pay for it themselves. When a government agency picks up the tab for something, that means that the taxpayers are picking up the tab, which is just a bad idea. But, this is CA, the land of fruits and nuts, and where bad ideas seem to be born.
