I totally understand Darkmans posting; we need to go back to the days when rifle marksmanship was done in the local YMCA. That stated, I am not stupid and do realize those days are history. Take it from the Y to the local range indoor or outdoor, no cost, learn to shoot a rifle and then marksmaship. Politically, I think the NRA became swampified, they gave a lot away with little shown to the membership. That stated, I am a benefactor member and I belong to two NRA ranges. I, as all, have weathered the storm and hope to see much better from them. They need to promote like Apple seed, they need to do a lot more than thay have in recent years. I honestly would like to see all of the 2A groups form a consortium and attack those who try and attack out God Given Rights! Wayne LaPierre has to be recognized as the swampy dealer and his tacticts have lead the NRA to where it is today. There are intelligent folks in the NRA they have been repressed and their ideas have been too. All I can say is let’s move forward and look for a better day; and let’s make the NRA a proud American institution again

To regain my support the NRA has a lot to prove. Most importantly that they aren’t still the old NRA dressed up in a new $3000 suit.
