Two questions:

1. WHAT “legacy”?? He’s been a babbling moron since he arrived in D.C., and he has literally been on the wrong side of every public policy debate in his entire career.

2. As for “what little is left of the Biden name”, he’s been a lying grifter for his entire career, as well. Now, thanks to his crackhead, whoremonger son, and his own rapid descent into total senility, it has been made so manifest that even Dims have to acknowledge it.

Joe Biden is, and always has been, a stupid, second-rate political grifter, with a nasty temper, and a completely false “life story”. Pray tell, what “legacy” and what “Biden name” has he sacrificed? Until Eric “Duke Nuke’em” Swallowswell came along, he was the stupidest man in Congress.
