Then, those same children raise children to remain children. We are on the cusp of the forth generation of these born criminals.

“The Greatest Generation” came home from war and depression with all too many declaring, “My kid ain’t gonna have it as bad as I did!.” Thereby removing the chance of a steel backbone, not knowing hardship, determination, and personal responsibility are norms of human life. And the beat goes on.
