The anti gun orgs would be screaming if the Trump administration did this type of stuff to them for exercising their 1st amendment rights. Yet the anti gun orgs cheered the Biden tyrany ATF for murdering and terrorizing and threatening with death at gun point innocent people lawfully exercising their 2nd and 4th amendment rights.

The anti gun orgs and left wingers and democrat politicians and Biden and Harris calls this ‘common sense’ and cheers it and facilitates it, calling it ‘law’ to justify the monsterous sick twisted tyranny of essentially communist oppression and dictatorship.

Neither the law or Constitution permit restriction to only ‘government’ approved lists of ‘experts’.

It requires each desired expert tendered by either side be acceptable to court in each individual case and each side be permitted to tender any expert they choose.

In addition…. no one in the average court is going to know squat about firearms. This needs to change. Likely through a list of acceptable “experts”. That list needs to be peer reviewed! Acceptable amongst veteran industry members, writers, technicians, or manufacturers rep. This resource should be available for felony trial at reduced cost.

I have met many “gun experts” over the years. Quite a few of them couldn’t find their ass with both hands, and have even tried to tell me some of my firearms were illegal ( they’re not ) . When some law enforcement officer starts talking to me about guns, it usually turns out that they don’t know dick. Perhaps some actual training? Anyhow, there are simply too many laws for any one person to know in this country. Maybe they should all be scrapped and the second amendment used instead.

Adamiak should have never been raided and charged to begin with. There is zero actual evidence of any offense here. The ATF did that to Bryan Malinowski and ‘murdered’ him and terrorized his wife and threatened at gun point to shoot her, zero actual evidence of any offense. The ATF did it to Mark Manley, zero actual evidence of any offense and they raided and destroyed parts of his home and terrorized him and family and threatened at gun point to shoot his wife and children. The ATF did it to ‘home’ FFL’s, zero actual evidence of any offense yet raided homes and held their family at gun point threatening to shoot them. Such was the Biden tyranny ‘weaponization of government’ ATF.

Adamiak is fortunate to have not been ‘murdered’ by the ATF considering the Biden tyranny ‘weaponization of government’ ATF.

His case should have been thrown out of court, there should have been no case to begin with. His conviction should be over turned.
