What kind of caca is this? Since when does anything fall outside of the scope of a Natural right that clearly states (for any third grader to understand) “shall not be infringed”? Everyone knows the term “fringe” means the edge or outer perimeter, so if the Founders wanted to only protect a few core attributes, they would have specified them. But they did not, and instructed Government to not only stay away from those core matters, but to not even touch the outer fringes – or arguments thereof – of this right. The fact that certain men decided to disobey the Constitution to which they pledged themselves and attempted to infringe, does not mean it stands as lawful.

easy to blame the prosecution but also sounds like he had pretty lousy / inexperienced trial attorneys lawrence h. woodward, jr. and david michael good. that’s a bummer.
