That’s all you want, for Bodell to be charged? That’s unconnected from what needs to be done, it would be a separate matter and do nothing to undo the damage done.

What needs to happen is for Bondi not to defend this if it gets heard by the entire U.S. Court of Appeal for the Fourth Circuit or failing to have it heard there then if SCOTUS takes the case and does something.

The choice to (not) charge Bodell is 100% on Bondi .

Well, to be fair its not really Bondi fault. This started under the Biden era with a weaponized ATF. The same weaponized ATF that murdered an innocent man ’cause they said so’. And thats the same Biden ‘weaponized’ ATF thing here..’cause they said so’ and these ignorant judges let them get away with it.

Just because Bondi inherited a mess from the previous administration doesn’t mean she created the mess.

But yeah, Bondi should step in here and do something and not try to defend it.

I grant you that, of the Trump cabinet, she is clearly the weak link. I would like to attribute it to her being cautious, wanting to maintain whatever ground she gains once the Dims get control of at least one house. Or, perhaps she’s a wimp. But she is clearly not upfront and aggressive.

OTOH, overall, the cabinet is taking names and kicking butts, and I’m all on board for that. No accumulation of people is perfect, but I think we’re doing OK. I predict that Bondi will ‘move one’, probably after the midterms, maybe at the 2 year mark. She’s not my idea of a good AG, but given that we experienced such excressences as Holder, she ain’t that bad.
