So…question (because I haz one): Does this ruling mean requirements for serial numbering on PMFs across the nation are now enforceable? And if so, is it only for sales from this point forward, or has Gorsuch sided with tyrants like Newsom/CADOJ that require all existing frames (even those that were finished before requirements kicked in here in CA, or for unfinished frames still-in-box and untouched) be serialized under penalty of prosecution?

Technically, that’s beside the point, right? That begs the question, why was Gorsuch talking about criminal use? I’m not a lawyer, so maybe I’m missing something. I thought the point was to interpret the Constitution.
