Still, he’s not young, and I have to wonder what his long-term plan for his seat is. Will he retire during Trump’s term and let Trump nominate his successor? Trump’s picks have been iffy but Trump 2 seems to be more focused. Or, will Justice Thomas hang on and wait for the next Republican admin and risk what happened with RBG’s seat? I wish him many more years of good health and a clear mind whatever he chooses. The rest of SCOTUS needs to start standing up for our natural rights.
