Wow that’s terrible for that man . The atf are a bunch of morons and lying scumbags . That intentionally fabricate evidence and set people up who aren’t guilty. Before one of their genius experts modify a toy using real firearm parts the guy didn’t own . The only one who broke the law was the ATF . Thats entrapment and falsifying evidence. A crime . You can’t break the law to put people in jail . The prosecutor should be disbarred and atf expert and whoever lied about this. Should be fired and charged with lying and falsifying evidence . That man should be released with charges dropped. This agency has been known to make up lies for convictions and set people up ,murder,burn people alive ,give automatic rifles to drug cartels and lose track of them . Border patrol agent Brian terry was murdered with one of the rifles . The atf has put more law abiding citizens in prison and made them criminals then actual criminals . Too many stupid and gullible prosecutors and judges in this country believe everything they are told . The atf can’t interpret the law the way they please . But they do anyway . Apparently chevron deference being no longer allowed doesn’t apply to the atf it seems . The more harm then good agency .

I say again: why is Bodell continuing to draw a government paycheck?

If he’s not fired very soon, he and the acting ATF head need to be subpoenaed to an oversight or judiciary committee hearing (preferably in the Senate, so that Senator Kennedy can roast them as only he can), and have his testimony there start making the case for this slime to be prosecuted for perjury.

Ultimately, that was the fault of the prosecutors, the judge and the ATF.

The fault of? How can it be their fault if this is the outcome they wanted?
This was a successful prosecution in their eyes. No fault.

The states job is to fuck you. Your job is to put up with it.
