In reply to Sam I Am. Czech Republic and Czechoslovakia were never part of the Soviet Union. They were part of the Warsaw Pact, but not by choice. Presently, Czech citizens have some of the best gun laws in Europe, with their own version of the Second Amendment written into their constitution.
