If everything lined up just right, the bullet would only have to go through less than an inch of VERY soft neck tissue in the attacker which would not significantly slow down the bullet.

Ok, more info:

The attacker was wearing an explosive ‘suicide belt’ also, it failed to detonate and was latter disposed of in a ‘controlled explosion’ by the UK police bomb squad.

One person injured was injured while trying to stop the attacker.

The terrorist was out on bail for a rape charge.

The BBC was caught trying to ‘martyr-ise’ this terrorist. They deliberately changed a translation in English subtitles on a piece they ran from what was actually said. What was actually said by the Muslim person the BBC interviewed was (in reference to the terrorist – he was) “doing Jihad against the Jews” but in subtitle translation BBC changed it to say “He was resisting Israeli forces”.

UK Muslims are celebrating this terrorist and the attack, and of course the U.K. branch of ANTIFA was there in the streets with them celebrating.

It’s the governments fault for flooding the nation with these people. It’s the governments fault for not locking them up or shipping them out when they offend.
Government caused this problem and all the citizens get for their abuse is a bigger bill.
